I first met Tracy back in 2007 when I went to work in the Hays Preston office, and I will never forget my first impression of her – an absolute workaholic and to be honest, mildly scary because she was literally just so good at her job – never would I have ever imagined that 13 years later I would be working for her and that she would be my director.
Since I have joined BTS I have been able to form a lovely friendship with Tracy and I am still finding out new and surprising things about her daily. On the outside, professional ‘work’ Tracy can be a force to be reckoned with, but deep-down Tracy is a little cuddly teddy bear, and I don’t think I have ever met someone as genuinely kind and caring. She is so family-orientated and this really spills over into her work life, hence the reason we feel like one big family. I feel am lucky enough to call Tracy my friend as well as my boss, I do know that if I ever needed anything she would be there for me straight away and of course she knows this would be fully reciprocated.
