So where does one start as there is simply not enough words to say just how invaluable and how treasured Jane is to our family. She has so much compassion and empathy for people and animals and truly has one of the biggest hearts you can imagine. Couple that with a energy that is unstoppable and a love of anything Greek and her love of travel she is just a ray of sunshine to be around.
From day one and even starting with us mid the pandemic she just could see the support that Claire and I needed picked it up and just ran with it and there is nothing that I could not trust her to do.
I remember meeting her at a festive event the year before Claire and I set up and she wished us all the best wishes in the world and we toasted and joked that she could open the office in Greece when we expanded – little did we know that might come true one day (well she might open a new office here in the North West – I mean who needs sunshine, Greek wine and cheese on a daily basis!)
It has been so wonderful really getting to really know her (and her gorgeous fur babies Theo and Ouzo and husband) over the last 18 months and I can only smile that the friendship and respect for each other gets stronger each day and I feel so fortunate that she chose to take that leap of faith to join us and help to build the wonderful memories and successes that we have had so far.
