So I (Sarah) first met Claire in 2007 when I joined Hays as a Trainee. Within a week of listening to her talk to her colleagues, candidates, and clients, I knew that anything Claire didn’t know about recruiting was probably not worth knowing!
15 years on and 12+ years of working together, I have learnt so much from Claire. Claire is extremely loyal and is incredibly passionate about everything she does. She is an outstanding Recruiter that will stop at nothing until she has found the “perfect candidate” and she will do everything with an open and honest approach. She has willingly shared her knowledge, her experience, and her strengths with me over the years and for this I am eternally grateful as I am certain this has made me a better Recruiter.
But who is Claire and what makes her tick? Claire is a workaholic and a complete insomniac, so she works all day and parties all night! Well at least she used to do. These days she is more about family, friends, and her dog Noodle. Come rain or shine, Claire can be spotted at sunrise trekking across the fields of Rochdale, enjoying the fresh air and the exercise. This extends further as she loves the Lake District and her and her hubby Darren, spend a lot of their spare time there, enjoying a ramble with Noodle and a few cheeky ciders (to keep hydrated of course!).
With Claire, what you see is what you get! On the outside, Claire appears to be a tough task master, but she is soft and squeegee on the inside and she does everything she can to help you. Claire is a fantastic Recruiter, a super Boss, and a great friend, and I can wholeheartedly recommend her recruiting abilities to anyone.
