Executive Assistant to the CEO – Liverpool - £28,500 + Benefits (Full time / or Part-time over 4 days)

A superb charity based in central Liverpool are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support their Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team. This is a permanent job opportunity that can be hybrid (1/2 days WFH) or fully office based. The ideal working hours would be 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday, however they will also consider part time, working 4 days each week.

THE JOB

As Executive Assistant you will support the Chief Executive and the Senior Leadership Team on a daily basis with all their administration and coordination requirements.

As Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Co-ordinating the Chief Executive’s diary, travel arrangements and overseeing all the administrative aspects of the Chief Executive’s workload, including minute taking, filing / e-filing, timesheet, annual leave management, and purchasing
  • Managing the Chief Executive’s post and email correspondence
  • Supporting the Chief Executive and Head of Operations to produce excellent internal communications – including memos, letters and social media
  • Managing the Chief Executive’s leadership team task list to ensure that tasks are logged and completed
  • Working with the marketing and community teams to connect with key external contacts to further fundraising, influencing, partnerships and campaign working
  • Supporting the Chief Executive in planning strategic priorities for the organisation
  • Acting as Secretary to the Board of Trustees and supporting their activities

THE PERSON

The ideal Executive Assistant will have previous experience in a Personal or Executive Assistant role and will have a good understanding of the demands on a Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team.
