Are you a driven financial professional ready to take on a pivotal role within a global charitable organisation committed to making a difference? Our client is seeking a Financial Systems/FP&A Manager to lead critical financial initiatives and systems development to support its worldwide operations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the financial infrastructure of a high-impact not-for-profit organisation. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will play a key role in developing and implementing finance systems, enhancing decision-making through robust financial analysis, and leading key projects to streamline processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Systems Development & Implementation: Lead the design, testing, and roll-out of finance systems, ensuring they are fit for purpose and globally aligned
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the link between finance, IT, and external system providers, ensuring smooth integration and system optimisation
  • Data Management: Oversee finance master data, ensuring robust, scalable systems that align with business complexity
  • Financial Planning & Reporting: Support global business planning, variance analysis, and KPI reporting while developing and maintaining financial templates

About You

We’re looking for a candidate with strong experience in financial management, systems development, and business process improvement. You should excel at working cross-functionally, managing competing priorities, and delivering solutions that drive organisational success.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven track record in implementing and improving financial and accounting systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders
  • A proactive and adaptable approach with excellent project management skills

Desirable:

  • CCAB-qualified accountant (or equivalent), experience is equally valued
  • Familiarity with coding languages (VBA, SQL) and project management methodologies
