Interim Finance Business Partner required ASAP !! Daily rate INSIDE IR35. This is a truly commercial role which requires good commercial acumen, analytical and partnering skills. The Finance Business Partner will play a pivotal role in supporting and partnering with various internal and external stakeholders across Europe. You will provide financial insights, analysis, and strategic guidance to drive informed decision-making, improve performance, and maximize profitability. Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Prepare accurate and timely management reports and performance metrics for relevant stakeholders.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to provide actionable insights to business units.

Business Partnering:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain, to understand their financial needs and objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing financial guidance and support to drive strategic decision-making.
- Proactively identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Lead the annual budgeting process by working closely with department heads to develop realistic financial plans aligned with business goals.
- Monitor and track budget performance, providing variance analysis and recommendations to support financial control and accountability.
- Assist in the monthly forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business expectations.
You must possess a formal accounting qualification ACMA/ACCA/ACA and have previously carried out a finance business partnering role in a large organisation. The role will be for circa 3 months and the company operates a hybrid working environment ( 2 days in the office 3 days working from home.)
